QUOTE PDF With the latest eAPP update we included the ability to create a PDF (Screen Shot) from the quote screen so you can save it and email it to your prospect or keep a copy of the quote for your own personal records. The eAPP updates are automatic and the only thing you need to do is click on the PALIC eAPP icon and the program will start the updating process. |

TECHNICAL ISSUES
Please be aware that with the expanded capability of the Quote PDF, there have been some issues with the downloading process for some agents. The Anit-Virus software views this as an executable file similar to some of the Trojan Horse viruses that are infecting computers today. To make sure that your Anti-Virus software does not block your use of the Quote PDF, please "Turn-Off" your Anti-Virus software before you click on the desktop icon for the new update.
Also, please be aware that you need to use Internet Explorer when downloading the eAPP. Others browsers, such as Firefox, Google Chrome and others, have conflicts with the process used to download the eAPP.
